At UI UX Growth Lab, we strive to provide high-quality UI/UX design education, live mentorship, and career guidance. We understand that circumstances may change after enrollment, and this Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be considered.
By enrolling in any of our programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
1. Enrollment Cancellation Before Course Commencement
Students may cancel their enrollment before the first scheduled live class.
If no live class has been attended and no course access or onboarding has been provided, the student will be eligible for a full refund of the course fee, excluding any non-refundable payment gateway or transaction charges, where applicable.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to uiuxgrowthlab@gmail.com before the commencement of the first live class.
2. Refund After Course Commencement
Our programs are conducted through live mentor-led sessions, and course fees are calculated on a per-class basis.
If a student chooses to discontinue after attending one or more live classes, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the fees for all classes already attended.
For example:

If a student has attended one live class, the fee for that class will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

If multiple classes have been attended, the fee for each attended class will be deducted before calculating the refund.
Refunds are applicable only for the unused portion of the course.
3. Refund Policy for Digital Products
UI UX Growth Lab offers digital products such as UI Kits, wireframe libraries, templates, downloadable resources, interview guides, and other digital assets.
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable once the product has been delivered or access has been provided.
Refund requests will only be considered under the following circumstances:

A duplicate payment was made for the same product.

You were charged successfully but did not receive access to the purchased product, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

A refund is required under applicable law.
Refunds will not be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:

Change of mind after purchase.

Purchasing the wrong product.
-
Failure to review the product description before purchase.

Lack of usage after purchase.
-
Compatibility issues with unsupported software or devices.

Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations when the delivered product matches the description on the product page.
If you experience any issues accessing your purchased digital product, please contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue by providing technical assistance or a new download link before considering a refund request.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will be considered only if:

The request is submitted in writing.

The student has complied with the Terms & Conditions of UI UX Growth Lab.

The request is made before the student has completed 30% of the scheduled live classes.
Once a student has attended 30% or more of the scheduled live classes, no refund shall be issued.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:

Fees for live classes already attended.
-
Downloadable learning resources, templates, or digital materials that have already been shared or accessed.

Administrative or enrollment charges, if separately communicated at the time of admission.

Any optional services or add-on programs already delivered.
6. Batch Transfer
Students who are unable to continue due to genuine personal, medical, or professional reasons may request a transfer to a future batch.
Batch transfers are subject to:

Seat availability.
-
Approval by UI UX Growth Lab.

Submission of the request before completing 30% of the scheduled live classes.
Unless otherwise approved, only one batch transfer may be permitted for a particular enrollment.
7. Course Cancellation by UI UX Growth Lab
If UI UX Growth Lab cancels a program before its commencement and no suitable alternative batch is available, students may choose either:

A full refund of the course fee paid; or
-
Transfer of their enrollment to a future batch at no additional cost.
8. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If a payment has been made more than once due to a technical error or duplicate transaction, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method wherever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment service provider or financial institution.
10. Exceptional Circumstances
UI UX Growth Lab reserves the right to consider refund requests arising from exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
Approval of such requests shall be at the sole discretion of UI UX Growth Lab and shall not create a precedent for future refund requests.
11. Policy Updates
UI UX Growth Lab reserves the right to amend or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on the official website.
